CLORPUR is a preparation in the form of effervescent tablets, developed for the disinfection and protection of water intended for human consumption.
CLORPUR presents effective action against a wide spectrum of microorganisms, namely bacteria, viruses, fungi, mycobacteria and spores, its bactericidal action being 80 to 300 times greater than that of sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and calcium, being completely harmless to health.< br> A tablet of CLORpur, added to water in the indicated proportions, eliminates, in a few minutes, the microorganisms that cause these diseases and continues to protect, thanks to its residual disinfecting power, the water against subsequent contamination.
Main advantages of the CLORpur chlorine tablets:
1. In solution, they give rise to solutions with a pH close to 7, unlike hypochlorites which give rise to alkaline solutions (pH>9).
2. They have better biocidal properties and greater effectiveness than than liquid bleach, especially in the presence of dirt.
3. They are less corrosive than liquid bleach.
4. Easy to store and distribute, without spills or losses.
5. Accurate, practical and easy to use.
6. Stable for more than 3 years.
Each CLORpur tablet contains 1.7g of sodium dichloroisocyanurate and disinfects 500 L of water.
