Esteriplás lunch a cost effective and ready-to-use lactose solution, the toplactine.
The solution is used in lactose tolerance test to diagnose lactose intolerance and/or lactose malabsorption.
One 300ml bottle of toplactine contains 50g of lactose wich is the recommended dose for adults in lactose tolerance testing.

toplactine is presented in a practical and light plastic bottle, in cristal-PET, with inviolable cap and an individual packed straw. And is like a slightly soft drink with a pleasant orange flavour.
This solution is very easy to drink.
Best when served chilled.

When stored unopened a shelf-life of 18 months can be expected at room temperature.

Dosage In the lactose tolerance testing, the standard dose for an adult is one bottle of toplactine solution (300 ml/50 g lactose). The dose for children is 6.6 ml (1.0 g lactose) or 13.3 ml (2.0 g lactose) per kg of body weight. Total children’s dose should not exceed 50 g.

If it is administered under cool conditions, a better tolerance is achieved and less vomits are caused.
